During review of the subject submittal,it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Inreviewing your Tenant Improvement application for 21600 Hwy 99, Engineering has found that the
addition of the storage area for the liquid oxygen tanks has increased in size and now requires 3 stalls.
This leaves parking stall numbers noncompliant with City of Edmonds code. Please locate the storage
area such that the site has the required number of parking stalls.
2)Please clean up the site plan to show what currently exist on site. Please remove notes that don’t pertain
to current proposal. Example, old existing curb and paving “notes”as well as lighting“notes”.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.Please
