Chris,
I am finishing up the civil review of the plans for the residence at 344 Sunset Ave N. I see a note indicating that the
tightline will be connected to the city system for direct discharge. There is not a connection show on the plans. It is
unlikely that there is an existing connection. Since the new impervious surface is under 2000 sf, there is no requirement
for the storm water at all. Splash blocks would be acceptable. I can add a note on the plans if that is your intention. If,
however, you are intending on connecting to the city system regardless of the amount of impervious surface you will
need to show that on the plans. You would be required to show the location of the proposed pipe and connection,
invert and rim elevations at the point of connection, and pipe material, length and size labeled on the plans.
Thank you.
