During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the Government tab and
Public Works| Engineering under Departments:
Water:
1. Water meter will need to be relocated adjacent to the west property line.
2. Water service line will need to be installed at a higher vertical distance than the sewer main
and side sewer line. Water line shall be sleeved where 10ft horizontal or 18” vertical
distance cannot be attained.
Sewer:
1. There is a public 6” concrete sewer main that runs across the south property line on this
property. Please refer to the Statue Warrenty and/or SS(1109439) attached. Show the
easement and the sewer main line on the plan. Revise location of the stormwater system if
necessary.
Storm:
1. SDCB #1 has a rim to invert measure of 6 ft. Please revise the structure from a type 1 to a
type 2.
2. Please revise #4 on page 4 of the Storm Drainage Study to match the impervious surface
total on plans.
3. How is runoff from driveway being collected and directed to the Detention system? Please
show on plans.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
