During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a Permit Coordinator.
City of Edmonds handouts and standard details can be referenced on the City website under Permit
Assistance.
1)Thank you for providingthe impervious surface area worksheetwith your submittal. Please
confirm/revise as needed to address the following:
a.Line 3 (New-Post 1977) shall indicate any impervious areasconstructed after1977 on
the site, includingthe existing home, driveway, and proposed addition with roof
overhang.
Line 5 (Total area mitigated by existing stormwater management systems) should list
b.
square footage of impervious surface runoff that is currently mitigated by a stormwater
management system. Please confirm that the total square footage of theexisting
impervious surface onthesite (driveways, patios, roof top, etc.) totals 2000sf(this is the
value noted on theworksheet). Please revise worksheet as needed. Please note, the
stormwater management system for the Olympic Place Plat was designed to allow for
2900sf ofrunoff from each of the lots.Any proposal for impervious surface area runoff
beyond this will require an engineerto assessthe existing stormwater management
system or a separate on-site system to be constructed.
2)Show location of existing utilities on the site, including water, sewer and storm. I have included
with these plan comments a sewer asbuilt.
3)Please show temporary erosion control measures on the site plan.
