Dear Kristen,
As per requested by Gina Janicek, this is a letter clarifying the scope of work being
done at the Hanson residence at 7819 175th Street. The structures already existing
and attached to the house include 1) a ground level concrete patio, 2) a second
story deck, and 3) an 8Èx8È spa with hard cover. We are being contracted to replace
the second story deck like-for-like, with no changes or additions to the original Ñoor
plan of the deck. The existing spa will be resting on the existing concrete patio.
