The Planning and Engineering Divisions have reviewed your March 24 and 28, 2014 resubmittal for the
above building permit application,and it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue:

Property Ownership:
1.As stated in staff’s lettersent on March 13, since the structures proposed
for removal (two sheds, deck, and deck roof) are partially located on the Firdale Village
Apartments property, authorization from the adjacent property owner is required.We understand
that you are working towards an agreement with the owners of the Firdale Village Apartments
property. Once your agreement is reached, please submit a signed copy of the written authorization
from the adjacent property owner acknowledging the scope of work proposed under your
demolition permit application (BLD20140135) and authorizing the removal of these structures from
their property.
Geotechnical Report:
2.Addressed.
Please submit three copies of the above requested documentsto a Development Services Permit
Coordinatorno later than Friday,May 2, 2014. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays,Thursdays,
