3/26/14–With a satellite image I can see that there are a number of
impervious surfaces in the backyard not accounted for. Please label and show all impervious surfaces on
the plans (walkways, patios, steps, driveway, gravel areas, roofs,sheds, etc.) and sqft. as well as provide
the date of construction. Impervious surfaces are any hard surface that prevents or retards the entry of
water into the ground as it would occur in natural conditions.Please revise the impervious surface
calculations accordingly.

pervious.
9/12/14 –According to comments provided by Senior Planner,Kernen Lien,the carport needs to
