During review of the subject submittal,it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please show utilities on the site plan (water service line, side sewer and storm water)within the property.
2)Please provide the date of construction for all impervious surfaces on the plans (driveway, walkways,
roofs, sheds, patios, gravel areas, etc.). Impervious surfaces areany hard surface that prevents or retards
the entry of water into the ground as it would occur in natural conditions.
3)Please fill out and attach the table from theSite Classification Worksheetwithin handout E72,totaling
all existing impervioussurfaces andproposed.
4)Please note thatall new impervious surfacesaddedsince 1977, exceeding2000sqft, will require astorm
watermanagement system.Please show the storm water system if required.
5)Please show onthesite plan the full extent of the drivewayconnecting existing driveway tothe edge of
the street. Please do the same for the proposed section ofdrivewayshowing the proposed driveway
starting at edgeof the street.City code 18.80.060C,requiresdrivewaysto be paved a distance of 20’
from the edge ofstreet or to the edge of property line, whicheveris greater.
6)Please correct the labeled location of unpaved area (dirt parking),currently used for parking.
7)Please show property line at the front of the property. Refer to hand out B59 Property Line Location
Info.to help with locating property line. This will help establishextentof asphalt paved driveway.
