Hi Kristin,
This letter is in response to your Planning Review dated 3/18/14:
1. Clarity — Page 2 was for the purpose of showing landlord approval only. Page 1 of 3 which is
attached, is a larger version of that page and the text is now legible.
2. Existing Signage — There are no other signs on the property. Absolute Mortgage is the only
tenant that has a sign at this time.
3. Sign Area —We changed the building measurement to show 60' of frontage.
4. Matrix Conditions — Only the letters are illuminated.
a. The logo is not a cabinet sign, but is a custom style channel letter in the shape of a logo.
b. We've reduced the height of the letters on die building to 14' overall.
