Comments related to the subdivision civil plan improvementswere sent under separate cover.
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarificationsare needed. Please submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents
with a written response to each of the items belowto aPermit Coordinator.

Any connections to these systems that are to occur with the building permit shouldbe shown in
bold line type.
3.Landscape plan sheet L-1 indicates an ‘Autumn Brilliance’tree along the property frontage.
There are existing overhead power lines in close proximity. Please confirm this tree species
specified is a good fit for this location.
