During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please add a note: Silt fence will be installed as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.1.
2)Please add anote:Filter socks will be added as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3.
3)Please add a note:All disturbed soils will be compost amendedper EdmondsHandout E72C
4)Please identify the edge of pavementof the street.Make sure to show the driveway to edge of pavement.
5)If transporting building material for the addition through the front yard, please show the location of
construction entrance onthe site plan per standard detail E1.2
6)Please provide a chart from the Site Classification Worksheet on your plans. See Handout E72pg.5
7)Please note that if impervious surfaces constructed after 1977 exceed 2000sqft, a stormwater
