During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov Please Note: Building Handouts do not
include updated Engineering Division Requirements. Refer to Engineering Handouts for all Engineering
Requirements.
1. Please revise existing driveway impervious surface to include both driveways on property.
Gravel is considered impervious surface.
2. Please show temporary erosion control measures. Standard details can be found on our
website by going to Permit Assistance:Engineering:Standard Details.
3. Show location of temporary stockpile.
4. A right of way permit will be required for the paving of the portion of gravel driveway that
falls between the property line and the road. It will be issued with the building permit.
Please return the attached right of way application with the contractor’s signature. Or if you
want to bring it in when you pick up the permits that works too.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
