Dear Mr. Nishiwaki:
I have reviewed the above building permit applicationfor the Planning Division,and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue:
LandscapePlan:
1.The site plan includes references to a landscape plan (i.e. notes on the site plan
state “specimen tree per landscape”and “planting per landscape”). Please provide the referenced
landscape planor remove thesereferences fromthe site plan andinstead indicatethe specific
landscaping information on the site plan itself.
Height:
2.Sheet A3 indicates the height of the structure to the top of the precast concrete, but not to
the top of the entire structure.In order for staff to confirm compliance with applicable height
requirements, please indicate the overall height of the structure on Sheet A3 as measured from
grade to the highest point ofthe structure.
Design Review:
3.Please note thatadministrative design review must be conducted on the proposal.
This will be done as part of the Planning Division’s review of the building permit application. A
$225 design review fee will be added to the fees associated with the subject building permit
application.This itemdoes not need tobe responded to at this time and is being provided for your
information.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of any
revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, and Wednesdays between
8:00 am and noon.
