During review of the subject submittal,it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please add a note that a silt fence will be installed as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.1.
2)Please add a note thatfilter socks will be added as needed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3.
3)Please show the location ofthe water service line from the water meter to the house.
4)Please show the location ofthe side sewer line from the main to the house.
5)Please label and show on the site plan square footage andyear of construction for allexistingimpervious
surfaces (gravel areas, walkways, roof line of existing structures, etc.), alsolabel as ‘Proposed’or ‘To be
Removed’ if it applies.Please identify the following and any other impervious surfaces not counted.
a)Curved driveway extension south of approved driveway(entry to garage).
b)Sheds and carport in the back yard.
c)Are the existing roof eaves accounted for?
Please update the impervious surface, Site Classification chartaccordingly.
6)Impervious surface areas on your site plan are not consistent. Please clarify Impervious Surface numbers and
separate from Lot Coverage.
7)Please note, stormwater mitigation for a lot with over 5,000 sqft totalimpervious surface needs to be
designed by a registered engineer.
8)Please note,due to requirements for stormwater design by a licensedengineer (#7 above), the proposed
detention system was not reviewed.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
