This Review is conducted in accordance with 2012 IFC and Edmonds Community Development
Code.
1) Sheet A1
a. Provide structural calculations.
b. Callout Change of Use S2-B.
c. Callout new and existing area calculations, new and existing occupant load
calculations, and summarize changes.
d. Sheet A1 SPRINKLER PERMIT required. Re-evaluate sprinkler coverage and
changes in new conditioned space.
2) Sheet A2
a. Re-orient NORTH arrow.
b. Detail and call out wall types.
c. Call out new wall infills.

3) Sheet A3
a. Show new floor framing and details.
b. Realign EXIT light arrow at alley exit.
c. Stair nearest alley is reconstructed, call out intent of redesign.
d. NEW MEETING ROOM occupant load is estimated at 65 (1000 s.f./15) for tables
and chairs. Two exits are required and must be separated at ½ the diagonal for
this new space.
e. Provide specifications for new appliances and detail mechanical/venting.
4) Sheet A4
a. Show EXIT signs and emergency illumination for NEW MEETING and common
building areas.
