This Review is conducted in accordance with 2012 IFC and Edmonds Community Development
Code.
1) Sheet A0.0
a. Revise occupancy group from B-Business to A-Assembly, the function of this
nterior calculations are
greater than 50. Revise occupancy type and update GENERAL INFO. IFC 201
b. Reconcile OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS table with
EGRESS/OCCUPANCY plan for interior and exterior calculations.
c. Call out any attached areas under exterior canopies that will be calculated with
interior occupant loads and may require protection.
d. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems are provided. Permits will be required for
modifications
2) Sheet A1.0
a. Call out assembly RECEPTION entry. Presuming main entry/exit is at SW doors,
the outdoor patio doors are required panic hardware, or vice versa. Update plans
and door schedule accordingly. IFC 1008.1.10
b. EXIT signs and emergency illumination is provided by shell project but may
require field modifications due to floor plan.
