During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. It appears that the pin pile work will occur on the outer edges of the deck in close proximity
to the stream. How will the stream be protected? Please show on site plan the area of
disturbance and tesc measures. Tesc measures should not create an additional
disturbance to this area.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
