During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. I am not sure if the plans were copied and reduced for this reason but we do accept 1/10
scaled drawings and in fact, prefer them. The City requires only 1 copy of the site plan to
be 1/20 scale.
2. Please provide impervious surface calculations on the site plan and also on the drainage
plan. Include the sidewalk, ramps and patio areas.
3. Please complete our impervious surface classification worksheet.
4. It is difficult on this copy to see where the existing concrete extends. Please label or call
out to identify these areas.
