2)At this time the City will not continue review of the storm system until these items have been addressed.
3/18/15 Since the items above have been addressed, below are the stormwater comments.
5/05/15 The drywell has been sized now but the design is not complete. Please thoroughly read the E72B
handout. The handouts are provided so that applicants are able to design systems according to the code. The
City should not have to respond with corrections 4 times.
a)See the drywell detail in the handout. Add all catch basins as needed and confirm that all
required distances are met. Add detail to plan.
b)Provide invert elevations at in and out of the catch basins and at the connection to the drywell.
c)In the handout under Design Criteria for All BMPs there is information regarding what is
required when low impact development bmps are constructed under a driving surface. Add this
information on the plans and any other information in this section that is pertinent to this design.
d)Drywell aggregate shall have a minimum void of 30% ( 1 ½ to 1 ¾ inch washed rock). Add
information to the plan.
e)The sewer cannot be located within the drywell. Please show the sewer connection on this sheet and
how it does not enter the drywell. Change the location on the site plan if needed.
f)The water line should not be within the drywell either. Any future repairs to this line will compromise
the drywell. A suggestion would be to tap the water line prior to the drywell area and connect to the
west side of the house. A note that the water line will need to be sleeved should be added to the plans
since it will be located within 10 ft of the sewer. Show the water line on the plan. Change location on
the site plan if needed.

g)Since you already have a sheet 2, the site plan, it would be helpful to give this sheet another number.
Also please add storm to the description of this plan sheet.
h)The tree that is requiring a protective barrier, where is it? Clearly show where the tree protective barrier
is located.
i)Please remove all clouding on resubmittal.
j)Provide a written response to these corrections. Make sure you respond to each point in each correction.
