Please reference the recording number on the plans. If this a future easement, please remove the easement from the plans. 4)As changes are made to each sheet, please make sure that all sheets are consistent. 5)On page H-3 of the ‘Storm Drainage Report’, please revise the owner responsibility to include the outfall pipe from the detention to the City system. The existing water service line from the watermain to the meter is not the appropriate size and a new tap will be required. a.Please show the new line from the watermain to thehouse. b.Please show theback of thewater meter located at the property line(where the water meter is within the right-of-way). c.Please add a note that a 1” meter is to be installed. d.Please label the water service line as1 ½” and note the pipe material and tracer wire. SEWER 1)Please label the connection at the main as an romac inserta tee. 2)Please label the pipe material and sizeon the portion of sewer located on private property. The sewer lateral must be 6”from the sewer main to the property line. Once on private property the sewer may reduce to 4”. STORM 1)FYI…the City does not require 6” PVC for footing drains or tightline. 4” may be used. Revise plans as needed.
