If there is an existing water service line from the watermain to the meter it will not be the appropriate size and a new tap will be required. a.Please show the new line from the watermain to thehouse. b.Please show theback of thewater meter located at the property line(where the water meter is within the right-of-way). c.Please add a note that a 1” meter is to be installed. d.Please label the water service line as1 ½” and note the pipe material and tracer wire. 2)3/3/15 –Please show the water service line straight line from the meter to the property line. Once on private property the line may be angled as needed. SEWER 1)OK 2)OK 3)OK 4)3/3/15 –Comment was addressed; however, the cleanout needs to be at the property line where the cleanout is located within the right-of-way. Please revise accordingly. 12/16/14 Comment: Show a 6” cleanout at the property line. Please add a note that the 6” cleanout at the property line will have a 12” cast iron lamphole cover with ½” hexbolts. 5)OK 6)3/3/15 –Comment was not addressed. 12/16/14 Comment: Please show the invert elevations at the main and the house so that slope and coverage can be verified. If the slope of the pipe exceeds 20% the pipe will need to be anchored. The gas wasadded to the plans; however, the phone, cable, and power are not shown on the plans. The pedestalsare shown, but the path is not shown from the pedestals to the house. It also appears that an easement will need to be obtained to connect to the cable pedestal. a.Please show all dry utilitiesto the house. There must be a minimum of 3’ horizontal separation from the water, sewer, stormand the dry utilities. There appears to be a utility conflict with the water service line. 12/16/14 Comment: Please show the dry utilities on the plans so that utility separation can be verified. 2)OK EROSION &SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN(C3 of C4) GENERAL 1)OK 2)OK 3)OK 4)OK 5)3/3/15 –Comment was partially addressed. The prior construction entrance detail was removed; however, there is not reference to the City’s detail. Please revise accordingly (the note could be redlined on the plans). 12/16/14 Comment: Please replace the rock construction entrance detail and replace with the Edmonds Standard Detail E1.2 for a construction entrance.
