During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

SITE PLAN
1)The plans state the scale is at ¾”=1’; however, the plansdo not scale as stated. TheCity prefers that the
Site plans scale at 1”=20’. Please revise thescale accordingly.
2)Please add the impervious surface chart in Handout #E72 to this sheet.
3)When the home was constructed in 1988 there was a stormwater management system installed to collect
the stormwater runoff from the new impervious surfaces.
a.Please show the stormwater management system on the plans.
b.It appears as though the proposed addition is to be constructed over a portion of the storm
tightline(see attached plans).Please show how the storm tightline will be rerouted around the
new addition.
c.It does not appear that the runoff from the driveway is being collected and discharged to the
onsite stormwater managementsystem. Please show how this area is being collectedor how you
propose to collect the runoff and discharge to the onsitestormwater management system.
4)The stormwater managementsystem was designed for 4626 sqft of impervious surface area.
a.Pleasemake sure that all impervious area (i.e. concrete, asphalt, walkways, patios, etc.), both
proposedand existingare shown on the plans.
b.Please add the impervious surface amounts so that theamount ofimpervious surface area can be
verified.

c.If the total amount of impervious area exceeds 4626 sqft then either the existing stormwater
management system will need to be revised to handle the additional impervious area per current
codes or a new system,designed under the current stormwater,code may submitted to the City
for review.
5)Please show the sewer from the mainto the house.
6)Please show the water service line from the meter to the house.
7)Please show the temporary erosion control measures proposed during constructionand reference any
City standard details.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
