Dear Mr. Bush:
I have reviewed the above building permit applicationfor the Planning Division,and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue:
Site Plan:
1.Please make the following corrections to your site plankeeping in mind that these corrections
may be redlined instead of printing out new copies of your site plan:
a.The building elevation views indicate that the proposed height isat an elevationof 119.25’,while
the site plan indicates an elevation of only 119’. Please correct this discrepancy.
b.Clarify the location of the roof over the front porch. It appears that thedashed line indicating the
roof line was covered by the line indicatingone of the stairsand the line of the height rectangle.
LandscapePlan:
2.The following comments are related to the landscape planthat wasincluded with your
building permit application:
a.Please note that a landscape revision fee of $225 is required for staff’s review of the proposed
landscaping changes. This fee will be added to the total due for the buildingpermit application.
b.Staff will be reviewing your landscape planfor compliance with the applicable landscaping
regulations of Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) Chapter 20.13.Please review
ECDC Chapter 20.13 and make any necessary changes to the landscaping proposal in order to be
consistent with these requirements.
c.Indicate all street trees adjacent to the subject siteon the landscape plan and indicate whether any
changes are proposed to the existing street tree(s).
d.Indicate on the landscape plan which landscaping is existing to remain and which landscaping is
proposed.
e.Ensure that the sizes and spacing of all proposed plants are consistent with those indicated in ECDC
20.13.015.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (includingone reduced copy) and two copies of any
revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays,
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am and 4:30pm, and Wednesdays between 8:00am and noon.
