During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please apply for a right ofway permit, attached is a right of way application and a traffic control plan for
redirecting pedestrians. Any closing of the sidewalk that exceeds 3 days, willresult in disruption fees.
2)Please apply for a Water Service Line permit. Fees will also apply for the relocation of the water meters.
3)Please show on the site plan and label the location of the existing and proposed water service lines from
meter to structure. Please also label existing and proposed meter boxes.
Note: As an alternative to relocating the meter, it would beacceptableto pour a concrete colar around
the existing meter in its existing location (stabilizing the meter and pavers surrounding it).If not already
installed, a concrete meter box will be required.
4)Please provide the date ofconstruction forall impervious surfaces on the Site Plan.
5)In order for the proposed pavers to be considered pervious, they need to be installed according to the
manufacturers specifications.
6)Please add the note: Pavers to be installed per manufactures specifications.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
