During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing Permit Assistance:
1. Per the approved detail, the edge of the drywell shall be a 10ft distance from the house
foundation and 10ft from the property line. Those separation requirements are not being
met on this plan. Please revise location of the drywell.
2. The minimum 10 ft separation between the sewer line and the water service line has not
been met. Please relocate or if minimum horizontal separation is not possible please add
note that 18” vertical separation is required.
3. Sewer does not appear to be connecting to the location of the existing sewer stub on the
property. Please revise.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
