Sheet A1.0 Confirmed with architect that project is for TOWNHOMES designed to 2012 International Residential Code. Update PROJECT DATA. 2. Townhome construction is required two means of access to public way. Rear yards must remain unencumbered by fences or other obstructions. 3. Sheet A1.0 & C3.0 Proposed fire hydrant location is approved. Install FH prior to arrival of combustible materials to site. 4. Sheets A1.0 & C3.0 Stripe entire width between buildings and turnaround area FIRE LANE NO PARKING on pavement. Letters to be a minimum of 12 inches high and yellow in color with a 4 yellow bar. 5. Sheets E1.1 & E1.2 Call out additional smoke alarms at least one on every floor level. 6. Post building addresses. New buildings shall have approved address numbers, building numbers th or approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from 212 Street SW fronting the property. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals or alphabet letters on contrasting background. Building numbers shall be a minimum of 6 inches high with a minimum stroke width of ¾ inch and proportionate to building size.
