Please note the width of the driveway entrance at the property line. . 2. Please note the distance between the property line and the nearest fire hydrant. 3. Please either note the square footage of each area, patio, house, driveway, on the plan or separate out in the Impervious Areas section. 4. Add invert elevations at both clean outs and call out length of pipe to verify minimum slope of 2% is achieved. 5. Please add both notes verbatim to plan: “If re-using existing side sewer (from property line to house): Property owner must have condition verified and provide a report to the Public Works Department.” “If re-using existing sewer lateral (from property line to City main): Condition must be verified by Public Works Department. Contact Edmond’s Sewer Division at 425-771-0236. 6. Show the boundary of the 10’ joint utility easement. 7. Show trees to be retained on the site. 8. Add note stating the footing drains shall connect to outfall pipe within private property. General Notes GN-01: 9. Note #1, please change 2014 to 2015 WSDOT/APWA 10.
