Dear Ms. Clark:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before review can continue:
1.Site Plan: Please submit a revised site plan to reflect the following corrections and changes:
Height Calculations:
The locations for points A and B need to be moved approximately 5 feet to the east in line
with the edge of the covered front porch. In accordance with Edmonds Community
Development Code Section 21.40.030.13, for point D please indicate the elevations at the two
line locations which cross the property boundary. These two points are then averaged to
determine the point D elevation. Once the new elevation points have been determined please
amend the building height calculations accordingly.
2.Plan Elevations: Please note that with potential changes in the height calculations on your site
plan you will need to revise sheet Al accordingly to match the updated height information.
Once you have resubmitted the above requested information I will continue my review on the
building permit. The permit will not be issued until the final plat has been recorded.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies
of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office
hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am and 4:30pm, and
Wednesdays between 8:00am and noon. Beginning June 3rd the office will be closed all day
