Attached for your use is anas-built the city has on file.
2)Please accurately show the city’sSewer and Water main lines within the property, as well as identify the 10’
utilityeasement (8405130303). Attached is an image from our GIS maps, they are approximate locations for
reference.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
