Thank you for the email outlining what changes have been made to the civil construction plans.
Based on theinformationprovided, it does not appear as though Engineering requires any additional
information or plan revisions.However, to be clear now and in any future reference back to the
plan set, please revise the civil plan sheets to include “clouding”around all areas/features that were
revised. Those plan sheets that were not revised do not need to be resubmitted. The revised sheets
will accompany the original approved plan set.
Please note, if you’d like to provide “redline”clouding on all 3 plan sets, that would be acceptable.
Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to
each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
