During review of the subject submittal,it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications wouldneed to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.edmondswa.gov/under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1)Please add a note: Erosion control shall be provided to City of Edmonds standards and maintained by
owner/contractorthroughout the project.
2)Please add a note: Filter socks will be placed in catch basins within project vicinity as needed per
Edmonds Standard Detail E1.3.
3)Please add a note:All disturbed soils will be compost amended.
4)As requested by Planning, please add the privateeasement recording numbers for the shared driveway to the
site plan.
5)Please provide on your site plan the date of construction for all impervious surfaces.Please complete and
provide on your site planthe impervious surface Table from the “Site Classification Worksheet”. Handout
E72pg. 5.
a.)Attached for your reference is a site plan from the approved permit BLD19810274, showing anapproved
additionto the structure as well as proposed new asphalt impervious surfaces at the back of the structure.
The improvements and new impervious surfaces areconsidered new post 1977. Additional impervious
surfaces(asphalt parking at the backand south side)installed after the permited work completed in 1981
will also be considered new post 1977. Please adjust the Site Classification Worksheettable
accordingly.
b.)The new walk/driveway would fall within New(post 1977) on the table.

c.)Please note that if impervious surfaces constructed after 1977 exceed 2000sqft, a stormwater
management system will be required. Please show the stormwater system if required. See Handout
E72.
