Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm. The Permit Center is closed on Wednesdays. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. 1)City records indicate a City storm mainexists along thewest side of the property: Please revise plans toshow the storm main.It appears as though a storm catch basin(CB) may exist in the SW corner of your property and the storm pipe itself would align with that CB and another CB located in the cul-de-sac, as shown above. 2)City records do not show that a storm main easement exists on the property.Please confirm in your title report/legal description for the property that there is not mention of an easement. If no easement exists, the City would like to remedy this situation and have an easement recorded against the property. The easement provides benefit to bothyou andthe City in that it will detail ownership of the utilityand access, as well as maintenance responsibility to the City. Recording of theeasement couldoccur outside this building permit process so as not to delay issuance of your permit. Page 2of 2
