During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

DEMO PLAN
1)Add a note that the sewer will be cut and capped at the property line.
2)Note on the plans the water being cut and capped at the meter and that an AVB will be installed.
3)If the demo permitis tobe issuedprior to the issuance of the single family residence,a separate erosion
control plan must be submitted, reviewed and approved to be issued with the demo permit.
***The buildingpermitfor the single family residencecannot be issued untiltheproposed impervious
areais consistent with the allowable impervious area as shown on the recorded short plat document.***
GENERAL
1)Please add a note to the plans that state the existing utilities will be removed and/or capped under the
demolition permit(BLD20150991).
2)Revise theplans to be consistent with the asbuilt drawingsfor the short plat.
EROSION CONTROL
1)Show alltrees on the plans.

2)Show the invert elevations at the houseso that we can verify pipe slope and coverage.
WATER
1)It appears that a fire sprinkler system is required for this property.Typically if there is an existing water
service line from the watermain to the meter it will not be the appropriatesize and a new tap will be
required.
a.Please show the water service line from the meter to the house.
b.Please add a note that a 1” meter is to be installedor has been installed.
c.Please show a 1-1/2” line to be installedor note that it has been installed(as required for a
combination fire and domestic service line).
d.Please label the pipe material andnotetracer wireto be installed on the water service line.
