Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. nd Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm. The Permit Center is closed on Wednesdays. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. 1.Sheet A-1: a.Revise plan sheet to show the additions along the south side of the existing athletic club. b.Revise the “Exist Asphalt Pad” to callout areaas an existing tennis court with revision to parking under this permit. c.Show additional court that exists on the SW side of the existing tennis court dome. d.Clearly indicate what the existing surface is in the area of new storage construction. Will the proposal add new impervious surface area? Callout new impervious surface area and clearly indicate where the stormwater runoffwill be directed. 2.Sheet A-2: a.Minimum parking stall dimensions are 8.5’ x 16.5’. Clearly show that the stalls proposed to remain along the south side of the athletic club meet the minimum standards. b.Indicate how many parking stalls will be removed with construction of the new additions. c.Show existing utilities in the vicinity of the proposed construction. 3.Within the planset, provide details related to the change from tennis court to parking. As noted in the email sent by Mike Clugston on September 10, 2015, it is likely water quality treatment willbe required for this conversion. a.Provide overall parking area dimensions, clearly indicating the square footage of the new pollution generating surface. b.Provide parking stall and drive-aisle dimensions. c.Provide elevations showing slope of the proposed parking area. d.Indicate how the drainage flows in the existing parking lot to the north of the new lot are handled. What impact will removal of the sidewalk have on the drainage flows? e.The plans indicate a “small ramp” will be constructed to connect the existing and new parking areas. Indicate surface material, width, slope, etc. 4.Show erosion control measures inthe plan set. 5. It appears as though the plan review comments issued by Mike Clugston on September 3, 2015 have not been addressed in their entirety with the latest resubmittal.
