BLD20151115 - 23207 75th Pl W_ENG4.pdf From:Lambert, Jennifer To:chuckcrosby@cox.net Cc:Thornquist, Linda;Johns, Kristin;McConnell, Jeanie Subject:BLD20151115 - 23207 75th Pl W Date:Friday, February 26, 2016 1:26:36 PM Attachments:Special Inspection & Testing Agreement.pdf Right-of-Way Permit Application-12-2011.pdf Chuck, I have completed the review. However, there were quite a few inconsistencies and I made an attempt to correct the inconsistencies by redlining the plans. I need your engineer, Mike Spano, to review the redlined changes and if he agrees with the changes, initial and date them. In this recent submittal, the drainage and design narrative was not resubmitted. We cannot accept the ones submitted on 8/27/15 and 11/23/15 due to the changes of the plans and the inconsistency of the documents submitted. Please make sure that the drainage and design narrative includes the small site minimum requirements. Please also make sure that the small site minimum requirement #9 – Include the maintenance requirements from the manufacturer of the chosen infiltration chamber system, is addressed as requested in the first set of comments on 10/23/15. I have also attached the special inspection agreement for the gravelless chambers. The chambers are to be inspected by a Geotechnical Engineer as stated within the Geotechnical Report by Liu and Associates, Inc. and as stated on the Civil plans. Please note that although the gravelless chambers will be inspected by the Geotechnical Engineer, the chambers also have to be inspected by the City’s engineering inspector as well. Please fill out and sign the attached right-of-way application as well. I am not in the office on Monday, but am back on Tuesday. Please let me know if you have any questions.
