Dear Mr. Crosby: Thank you for addressing my comments in the letter to you dated September 23, 2015. After reviewing the resubmitted plans, the following corrections are needed before I can continue my review: 1. Site Plan: Please submit a revised site plan to reflect the following corrections and changes: 1. lei ;ht Calculations: The height points for points B and C are in the incorrect location. The points need to be located further to the east with point B at the east edge of the covered porch. The original submittal, received on August 27, 2015, has all four points in the correct location. With the change in point locations and associated elevations, the building height calculations will need to be corrected. 2. Plan Elevations:. The average grade and allowable building height does not reflect the elevations shown on the site plan. The site plan received on November 23, 2015 provides an average grade of 101.023 feet, maximum height of 126.02 and proposed building height of 124.11. Sheet Al does not reflect these values. Please revise sheet Al accordingly to match the height information provided on the updated site plan. Please Note: Additional comments from the Building Division and Engineering Division may reg vire changes to the site plan or buildingplans. Any revisions should be completed once you have received comments from the other reviewing- divisions.. Please submit the information to a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
