1)2/18/16 –Comment does not appear to be addressed.
a.The impervious surface calculations do not appear to include the area of the driveway
approach that is located within the right-of-way. Please revise accordingly.
b.It does not appear that the runoff from the portion of the driveway located within the
right-of-way is discharging to the onsite stormewater management system. Please revise the
plans accordingly(i.e. thickened edge, curb, sloping of the driveway, etc. along the east
edge of the proposed driveway) .
10/23/15Comment -The area of the driveway located in the City right-of-way must be included in the
impervious surface calculcations. That area does not have to be collected to the onsite stormwater
managemet system if itis not feasible. If it is, please direct it to the stormwater management system.
Please revise the plans accordingly.

DRY UTILITIES
1)2/18/16 Comments –Comments were partially addressed. There is no power located on the pole
where it is shown for power to be pulled from (per PUD). The power will need to be pulled
th
(underground) from the pole located on the east side of 74Ave W. It is unclear if the same is
true for phone and cable as well. Please revise the plans accordingly.
10/23/15 Comment:It appears that the power is proposed to be aerial; however, all utilities must go
underground. Please revise the plans accordingly.
2)2/18/16 –This commentis remaining in case utilities are relocated as plans are revised.
10/23/15 Comment: Please show all proposed dry utilities (gas, phone, cable, etc.) on the plans so that
utility separation can be verified. Minimum of 3’ horizontal separation between the dry utilities and
water, sewer, storm.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
