Dear Mr. Peirce:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
SitePlan:
1.Please make the following revisions to your site plan:

a.Update the site address at the bottom left corner to 8118 206St. SW.
b.Correct the lot area stated at the bottom left corner and also within the lot coverage calculations to
9,094 square feet as indicated on the recorded short plat.
c.Within the lot coverage calculations, update the percentage coverage based on the corrected lot area.
d.The project bench mark is stated as “northwest corner of power vault as shown hereon.”However,
the location of this bench mark was cut off fromthe site plan. If it is not close enough to the project
site to be shown on the site plan, then please remove the statement “as shown hereon”and provide a
more detailed description of where exactly this datum point is located.
Setbacks:
2.The minimum required setbacks for the subject site are 7.5-foot side setbacks from all
property lines. In order to confirm compliance with setback requirements, please indicate the shortest
distances from the proposed residence to all property lines.
Elevation Views:
3.The elevations of the average original grade, maximum allowed height, and proposed
height need to be shown to scale on the elevation views. These items were hand-written on the elevation
viewsand are not in order and not drawn to scale.Please provide a revised elevation view page (Sheet
A5) indicating the elevations of the average original grade, maximum allowed height, and proposed
height.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy) and two copies of any
revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays,
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am and 4:30pm. The Permit Center is closed on Wednesdays.
