During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the Services and then
Permits/Development.
The submittal is incomplete and a full engineering review shall be provided once the following is
provided.
1. Provide an access easement.
2. Show existing access road and how it meets standards for the number of lots that it will
serve. Please note; the City cannot issue a permit with parts of it connecting to a road that
has not been constructed and not received final construction approval.
3. There is currently a rockery along the east property line.
4. The Lot Line Adjustment was completed in 2014. Show property with final lot lines.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
