All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the Services and then Permits/Development. 1. 1/4/16 Civil sheets 1 and 2 have not been revised. Site plan is still showing new pavement shading beyond end of the pavement. Civil and Site plans sheets still the area as driveway. Please revise all sheets to be consistent if access is not planned. Provide an access easement. 2. 1/14/16 See above and revised as needed. Show existing access road and how it meets standards for the number of lots that it will serve. Please note; the City cannot issue a permit with parts of it connecting to a road that has not been constructed and not received final construction approval. 3. 1/4/16 See above. There is currently a rockery along the east property line. 4. 1/4/16 Not done. The Lot Line Adjustment was completed in 2014. Show property with final lot lines. Additional Comment: Show driveway runoff mitigation extending to the south property line. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
