Provide construction and demolition plan when tenants reside on-site during permitted work. 2. Provide emergency lighting where replaced. 3. G0.01 Call out occupancy groups. The city is unable to verify the required fire ratings for the purpose of opening protectives without group callouts. 4. NFPA 72 requires that protected doors in corridors to be building- and smoke detection actuated. 716.5.9.3(2). 5. Callout wall section depths at new protected openings. This information is used to determine smoke actuation configuration for door release service. 6. G0.01 FIRE ALARM PERMIT is required and may be deferred. 7. Install carbon monoxide detectors/detection system. 8. G0.01 FIRE SPRINKLER MODIFICATION PERMIT, when required and may be deferred. 9. A9.02 Callout fire rating for accordion fire doors. 10. A9.02 Propose sign or floor indicators to keep accordion fire door paths clear & unobstructed. 11. A9.03 Where replacing signs per dtl 4, add roof access information per IFC 504.3. 12. A10.01 & .02 Provide disclaimer on the DOOR SCHEDULE that CITY IS NOT APPROVING EXISTING CONDITIONS THAT ARE OUT OF SCOPE OF WORK. Or provide a NEW door schedule separate from EXISTING door schedule which could be noted FOR REFERENCE ONLY and would not presume that the city is approving noncompliant existing conditions. 13.
