During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in
additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinatoronce all divisions have completed
their review.

Resubmittals can be made atthe Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm. The Permit Center is closed on Wednesdays.

Please Note:Building Handouts do not include updated Engineering Division Requirements. Refer to
Engineering Handouts for all Engineering Requirements.

Please labelthe property lines on the plans.

Please showthe access easement.

The plans must show that three parking stalls can be achieved on private property. The minimum
width of the driveway shall be 17’ where two cars will be parked side by side. The minimum
depth of the driveway shall be 16.5’. The entire parking area must be located on the subject site
and not within the access easement. Please revise the plans to clearly show the locationof the
driveway and that it meets the minimum City standards(i.e. dimensions, easementlocation, etc.).
