All impervious surface areas constructed on thesite prior to 1977 would fall under the “non-
regulated”section. Impervious areas constructed post 1977 would fall under the “New (post
1977)”section. If theNew impervious surface areaexceeds 2000sf,then stormwater
management will be required.
2)Clearly show limits of City sewer easement along east side of property. No structures shall be
built within the City easement.
3)Indicate erosion control measuresconsistent with City standards. Stream shall be protected
during the course of construction.
4)Show materials staging area.
