During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections,or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building,or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.

1)Show the edge of pavement of 234St SW.

2)Show the fog line (white line) on 234St SW.
3)The driveway approach must be 12’in width.
a.Once on private property (minimum of 5’from south property line) the drivewaymay
widen as needed.
b.Thedrivewaymay not be widened any further to the west than what currently exists.
c.Pleaserevise the plans accordingly.
4)The driveway must be paved from the edge of road to the property line or 20’whichever is
greater. Please revise the plans as such.
5)If the drivewayis widened beyond the existing asphalt or gravel areas, those areas will be
considered new impervious surface. Please revise the impervious surface calculations as
needed.
6)Show the City sewer main and private storm line(both are along the east side of the home)and
the associated easements on the plans.
