During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections,or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
1)Show location of existing utilities on the site, including water, sewer and storm(if any).The
following sanitary side sewerasbuilt was found within City records:
2)The City has a sanitary sewer main that runs along the west side of the property. Please show
the easementarea and sewer main on the plans.
3)The installation of a silt fence has been shown along the west side of the property. Please
reference City standard detail E1.1. In addition, in looking at thetopography contours, it looks
like the site slopes towards the west as well. Please show the installation of a silt fence along
the west side ofthegarage construction.
