clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in
additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and Wednesday from 8:30-12.

Please show the parking loton the plansand verify that the parking lot meets currentCity
standards per Edmonds City Code and Community DevelopmentCode, 18.95

Show the parking stalls and dimensions. Please note that there is a requirement that a
minimum of 3 stalls be provided for the proposed use of this lot.

Show the dimensions of the drive aisle.
c.
Show the ADA stall. Refer to the building department for ADA stall requirements
(number of stalls, size, etc.).
