During the 2nd review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was
found that the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review
cannot be performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating
where the 'clouded' or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been
submitted to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or
Fire, may result in additional comments,

5. The second floor framing plan is confusing as shown. It appears to show some walls below
theftaming and scene walls above the framing. Please revise the plansfor consistency with
the norinal convention where the 2nd floorraming plan is drawn with the I" floor plan, and

the ro,(#ftatning plan is drawn with the 2"' floor plan.
It appears now that the engineer's 2"d Floor lateral specifications appear on the 2 nd Floor
Framing Plan. The 2nd floor framing plan should show the Is' floor plan with I" floor lateral call
outs. The 2 nd floor plan should have the 2`1 floor lateral marks. Please revise to match the
engineering. In addition, submit a stamped letter from the engineer verifying that he has
reviewed the plans prior to resubmittal.

Sheet 1:
12, As part of the WSEC Option I a selected, any new or disturbed existing floor insulation is to
be R-38 minimum. Please reflect that on the updated plans.
13. It is stated, that the mechanical and plumbing will be deferred submittals. Typically, the
building permit includes plumbing and mechanical at no extra permit fee (only additional
fees for inspections roughly based on the new/relocated fixture count. Please verify if you'd
like to defer those submittals.
