Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. nd Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. GENERAL 1.Include a City Engineering Division approval block on all plan sheets. Refer to sample on City website. Sheet G0.0–COVER SHEET 1.Include construction sequence. Refer to sample on City website. Sheet C1.0–DEMO & TESCPLAN 1.Incorporate and reference City of Edmonds standard detail E1.1 for silt fencing. 2.Please show the location of the construction entranceand staging area. The construction entrance is to be per City of Edmonds standard detail E1.2. Include the detail in the plans. 3.Incorporate and reference City of Edmonds standard detail E1.3. Replace existing catch basin protection detail with E1.3.Install catch basin protection in any storm drains that are downstream of the construction entrance. 4.Show stockpile location and indicate requirements to keep it covered. 5.Add note:Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction. 6.Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended perBMP T5.13.
