During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Pleasesubmit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents
with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

reviewed and approved plans, copies of which have been included for reference”.
However, not all of therequested information is shown on these plan sheets. Please
provide a utility plan that clearly shows all new utility connectionsand information
indicated below. The existingcivil plan sheets are useful inshowingthe overall utility
systemsand should be a reference document only.
6/29/2016 comment -Submit a utility plan clearly indicating allexisting and proposed utilities
and required utility separation. Dry utilitiesshall also be shown. Indicate meter size, pipe size,
depth and invert elevations to confirm new connections to existing systems will meet minimum
slope requirements.

plan, however, connection to the detention system is not shown.This information should
be provided on theutility plan for this project. At a minimum, thelocationof the
detention system shallbe shown along with thestub that was previously installed.As
noted above, the existingcivil plan sheets are useful in showing the overall utility systems
and should be a reference document only.

August 18, 2016–Response letter states “All remaining site improvements to be completed

have been noted on a copy of thepreviously reviewed and approved plans, a copy of which
has been included for reference”. The civil plans that have been included for reference do
not indicate which improvements have been constructed and which improvements are to
be constructed under thesubjectpermit. Please update the site plan to indicate work to be
completed under thispermit. Hatching existing and proposed surfaces differentlycould
help.
6/29/2016 comment -Clearly distinguish between existing conditions and those improvements
that are to be constructed under this permit (trash enclosure, on-site sidewalk, etc.). Provide
details for elements to be constructed as applicable.
