Please submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. nd Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. The proposed revisionhas been provided to theCity on the landscape plan, which does not clearly show the parking stalls, pavement area and proposed curbing. The revision includes removal of a proposed trash enclosure and construction of two parking stalls instead. One space is shown to be a standard stall and one space is shown to be accessible.Curb stops have been noted on theplan, but the previously approved plansincluded extruded curb surrounding the pavement to address stormwater runoff.Please addressthe following: 1.Submit revised civil plan sheet or architectural site plan clearly showing the proposed design change. 2.Dimension parking stalls. 3.Show appropriate signage/striping for ADA stall. 4.Show slope of parking area with stormwater runoff being directed to thestorm detention system. 5.Show curbing as needed.
